Developers are working hard to get the Summerlin Mall ready for opening in October 2014.
Summerlin Shops have lined up some fancy shops and resturants, for those who live close to
the Mall, Red Rock Casiono, Costco, and other various shops that will interest people.

Howard Hughes has announced plans the companies are scheduled to break ground in coming weeks for a 124 luxury unit apartment complex on 4.5 acres at Griffith Peak Drive and Town Center Drive, east of the shops. The Constellation, will be more high-end than anything in the local apartment market, with a masseuse and aesthetician on call, as well as a spa, a resort-style pool
with cabanas, and a “top-of-the-line” fitness center. The Constellation will begin leasing in the summer, with residents scheduled to move in during the fourth quarter of 2015. The one and two-bedroom units will range from 1,000 to 2,040 square feet. If the developers wants to match the current market high, that could mean rents of roughly $1,100 to $2,200.

Providing stability in Downtown Summerlin is definitley critical to growing and housing market.
It’s important to build enough of a residential component that the downtown becomes a viable place to be. People want to work, play, dine and live in the same area that provides them with everything.
The location is perfect for thos wanting everything within a few miles or withing walking distance.
